Standard Fees

Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT)

For areas under 2000 Square Ft. (Sq. Ft) call for appointment

Weekly Maintenance

              30 ¢/Sq. Ft.    Clean & Spray Buff       Minimum charge $75.00 *

Monthly Maintenance

              40 ¢/Sq. Ft     Scrub & Recoat            Minimum charge $150.00 *

Quarterly Maintenance

              50 ¢/Sq Ft         Strip/Wax/Buff          Minimum charge $200.00 *

*         Supplies waste disposal and service tax extra

*        Final cost dependant determined on site review at time of estimate
